Algunos modelos de prevención de las enfermedades mentales tienen dentro de sus módulos de acción el contacto con la naturaleza ya que diversos estudios han demostrado los beneficios de la misma, además hay que considerar que los grandes núcleos urbanos son los que alojan mayor densidad de trastornos.
