Metodika hodnocení diverzity včely medonosné pomocí mikrosatelitových markerů
CERTIFIKOVANÁ METODIKA č. QK22020324_CM1
- Aleš Knoll, Petra Bartoňová, Lucie Langová, Antonín Přidal, Tomáš Urban
The certified methodology is a detailed description of a laboratory analysis based on a molecular genetic approach using a panel of microsatellites to assess the genetic variability of honey bees in the Czech Republic. A panel of 10 valid, highly polymorphic loci suitable for routine testing by fluorescence multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was assembled.
Keywords: methodology, diversity, microsatellite, honey bee
