Metodika hodnocení diverzity jednonukleotidových polymorfismů (SNP) v kandidátních genech rezistence vůči infekčním onemocněním u včely medonosné

CERTIFIKOVANÁ METODIKA č. QK22020324_CM2

Aleš Knoll, Martin Šotek, Petra Bartoňová, Antonín Přidal, Tomáš Urban

The certified methodology contains a detailed description of a laboratory analysis based on a molecular genetic approach using a panel of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in candidate genes for resistance and immune response to evaluate genetic variability in these genes in honey bees in the Czech Republic. A panel of 13 valid, polymorphic loci suitable for routine testing was assembled using a primer sequencing method (SNaPshot), which is coupled with fluorescence capillary electrophoresis and gene amplification by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
